Kristian has over 15 years’ experience in recruitment across Europe and APAC. He joined GlaxoSmithKline in 2016 to lead the APAC executive recruitment function. Kristian is now heading talent acquisition for Southeast Asia, leading a team of over 20 TA professionals delivering over 1000 hires annually.

He has driven a transformation of the GSK’s TA model in the region and overseen programs across candidate experience, talent pipelining and technology among others.

Mark joined PayPal in 2016 as the Vice President of APAC Operations after his 27 years of service with a global bank. He oversees the CS/CX teams in Asia with large teams based in Shanghai, Manila, and Bangalore.

Mark is responsible for third-party vendor relations in the CS/CX space, with teams located around the world. He also leads the company's CS/CX locational strategy.

Chai Ping joined Experian as the Human Resources Director in their Global Development Centre in Kuala Lumpur in June 2017. In November the same year, she was asked to assume the role of Country Site Leader in Experian, providing overall leadership for the centre locally.

Over a career that spans more than 20 years, she joined the “Big 4” fraternity in Consulting before her foray into HR, providing strategic direction and driving the people agenda with the business.
